Very Nice. Looks like they have some serious iron in their water. I get that on alot of houses I do that have irrigation systems that are well fed.

Thanks Guys. I use Ox, 16 oz with 1 gal of water. The first one took multiple apps, the second one took a couple.
I didn't take my rig on the first one.
This happens when their A/C pan gets clogged and it comes out the secondary drain.

Good job on the rust removal, I have not had good luck with the Oxalic yet, maybe I got a bad batch like the bad batch of caustic from the same company a while back.

Here you go Art. Today's job. I normally have a five gallon pail of One Restore at all times, but last week a local PW'ing contractor called me needing some so I sold him the Five gallon pail I had. Hadn't had a chance to re order yet, so I was stuck with OX. Probably took me 3 times longer than if I had had One restore. And if you look close enough it didn't all come off the window.

I have always had good luck using Safe Restore/One Restore for many years now.

Thanks, always good to know what formulation worked

I use One Restore all the time. Works ten times faster than ox imo. Today I had to use ox on a similar rust stain and it took forever. One restore gets it in about 15 seconds.

Whats the shelf life of an open container.

If you like One restore, you should look into Surekleen 600. Basicly the same product at half the cost.

You used both side by side??

Talking about OneRestore and Sure Kleen 600: Might be a dumb question as I haven't used either, but, would it be the same results and cheaper to just buy a gallon of Hydrochloric Acid and mix it 20:1 or something close to that since both these products contain this acid?
