Retaining wall rust cleaning

What is the best product for this kind of rust stain???

Yeap! The customer sent us the pics and ask us to remove it ASAP. Didn't have the chance to look close. That's why I'm asking for help. I had cleaned a brick wall with similar stain in the past and HCL worked fine, I'll maybe use it again.

Leo, Generally speaking HCL will get this but more prefurably it is better to use a milder solution/acid that includes surfactants and solvents that will help clean the whole thing safely and efficiently. Safely should be emphasized as used in the wrong place or proportion you can damage stuff. .Might try chems like Safe Restore, CLR, or vinegar. Also might want to capitalize by selling a seal job on this wall after it clean and dry. Efflo can come back depending on moisture involved.

Thanks guys for the tips,
What happened was, we've got the job Friday afternoon with a ASAP request to be done no latter than Monday(26). My Salesperson explain them that we were booked for the weekend but but we promisse to have that done on Monday. They said that would be ok. We sent the forms, they reply confirming, everything set for Monday morning, then, we've another email by Saturday, saying that they found someone to do that on the weekend and that they were sorry to cancel with us, but it was a "TIME THING".

Should let you guys know. Sorry about that.
