Company: I asked the one of the guys the company name and apparently their name is... get ready for this "No Espeaka Inglas" imagine that!

Surface cleaner used: Wands only!

Safety: They did have orange cones!

AAAHHHHHH yes! Welcome to Tampa!

My favorite pic is of the EMS driver walking around the guy spraying the hot water!!!

I Know many are getting cleaned for some good $$$ and I bet they aren't doing them with just a wand LOL
 
I was offered all of them in FL for $145 each twice a year... After some back and forth I gave them a price of $350 x 2/year. They never agreed on my price but sent me the schedule and were calling me to do the striping... I told them to forget it. Oh yeah, but they did try to sweeten the deal with central Fl Burger Kings for $85/month... Nah!!!

Needless to say, this was a service company!

Steven, the $49 whole house inc driveway neighbor of mine would've thought he'd hit a gold mine here!
 
I wouldn't touch them for $600. The bid was for all the concrete, canopy, store, dumpster pads and any fencing at each location! NO THANK YOU! The amount of gum alone would take you all night!
 
After the first time the quantity of gum is reduced. You need to make sure that you have them under contract. $600? That would depend on the market, and I don't know that market.

Wow Kory, I hate those here and there kinds of jobs.
Makes it really hard to plan for with employees and all.
