quick connect for lances

I have plugs on end of hose and sockets on guns. For me its always the plug is pointing the way the water flows. I rarely have to change lances, I always use an adjustable/dual lance wand. But if I do, then the ball valve makes it easy to change to a different gun that I can put lances on without shutting down the equipment down.
