I don't know if i am missing out from something but i have not received one email about this porperty mgmt topic.

I have a couple of questions..
1) What services does your property maintenance consist of?
2) Do you measure the entire property?
Right now I am trying to put together a speech for when i call the prop. managers, and create flyers to mail out. Do you have any tips when we call the managers?

please give us some info.
