Proposal forms

for what type of work?

Sorry Scott all I have is bad proposals. But you still have to answer the golden question, What type of work.

Matt

Mainly residential work. House wash, flat work, roof cleaning. I want to do wood restoration as well. Eventually I want to expand into some commercial work such as store fronts, drive thru's, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Yes, Russ. It did help. And I added a terms and conditions page I came accross on another board and modified for my needs. I am still curious what others are using.
I saw something about PW's charging for stinging insect nests. Since I have a mild allergy, it makes sense to me to charge extra if I come accross a nest, but it seems like something that mey put off a potential customer. This was part of a terms and conditions cluase on a proposal form. Any thoughts?
Thanks

Can anyone help me out also with a template of proposal and term and condition, I only have an email as of right now, Thank You

I saw somewhere previously that someone charges an extra $25 for killing stinging insects. They said they normally do it during the bid, so when they come back to wash they are already dead. I plan on adding something like this for next year.

I went ahead and added it this year. It worked out OK. About half of the people I talked to were more than willing to pay an extra $20 per nest to not have to deal with it themselves. The rest were somewhere between, telling me to "toughen up, just deal with it" to I'll take care of it myself.
If they signed a contract I made sure that they knew if the nest was still active when I returned I would not be cleaning and would charge them a $50 rescheduling fee.
I was concerned that this would put people off and they would not use me because of it. I did not find that to be true for the most part.
