Poor mans stamped concrete...it gives it character. Thats the latest fad, kind of like coloring your concrete.

We have that all over here where I live, too many uneducated hacks and lowballers will not spend the money to get the right equipment for the job and they think that they can clean anything because it is a pressure washer.

That is most of the problem right there, people think that pressure alone is the answer to clean most surfaces.
