I could write a long story about them but I'll keep it short. Working a big project and broke down. Called PWP, parts shipped out that day and received them the next day. Unloader goes out on one of my machines the next day. Put on a back-up unloader to keep me going. Call PWP and Rex delivered new unloader to my office the same day. Attach new unloader that night and tighten swivel down and it leaks the next morning after about 2 hrs of work. Try to tighten it more and it brakes. Call PWP to order a new one. Rex delivers $1 part to my office about 4 hrs later and installed it for me so that I didn't screw it up again. I am 33 miles from PWP's Office. Need I say more. They have a customer for life. Thanks Rex and Lori! By the way, the Ammoyx M sticks like glue on roofs. Have not tried it in housewash mix. Tried the Lo in my housewash mix and it was fantastic! Thanks again!
 
Now that's what I call customer service!!!!!

Its Great to see local guys getting treated right. Its also great to see a local competitor growing his business and educating others on there experiances. Great job Spence.

Rex seems to take care of Poeple very well on service side.
 
Maybe Rex is ok....BUT just try and get Lori to take an order!!!!!!! By the time your finished with her your willing to pay twice the price some where else.

I think Lori is great. She was very helpful with me. They have earned my business.
