Chris Stop crying and go buy that new Ford F 450 Dulley at Watson Ford sitting out front .. They are only asking :pleasantry:49995.00 :pleasantry:

Over the years you see contractors come and go and no matter what the reason is, a lot of guys try to get what the equipment is worth at almost new prices.

When it is used it is used, no matter if it has 1 hour or 1000 hours.

If the machine is $5999 and you ask $5000 you have a 95% chance of keeping that machine, most sell their equipment at 75% to 50% of the new value.

Not trying to crush your dreams here, just some reality. You mark that down lower and it will sell but at those prices it will take a while most of the time until you either keep it or mark it down. It is just a matter of time, how much time to you want to spend trying to sell it at the almost new prices?

If you look in the for sale section on any of the bbs's, you will see guys selling equipment and you will see how long it was there before they removed it whether it sold or they just decided to keep it.

That equipment is nice looking, hope you get a good price for it.

I agree with Chris when it comes down to buying new pressure washers. You think a brand new car looses value once you drive it off the lot? Pressure washers loose more after you have done only a few small jobs with them.

No offense to anyone here but especially the way the econmy is right now you might get $3700 - $4000 tops on it. I would keep it as a back up unit if it was me personally or put it on a small trailer by itself and rent it out for $250 a day.

I really think the trailer comes with it for that price. It must.
