Interesting numbers for the Window Cleaning Network Picnic the weekend of July 28.
Some assume the Picnic is lunch and demos for the same little group of local guys every year - the numbers tell a different story.
Of the 88 attendees, 41 represented window cleaning companies as the owner/manager.
(Other attendees were employees, sponsors, and a few family members.)
From 16 states. (19 states including sponsors.)
78 attendees arrived early - Thursday or Friday.
15 stayed for Sunday activities.
15 were women.
10 of the 41 companies had one window cleaner.
31 companies reported having 266 window cleaners – from 2 to 42 employees.
41% do high rise.
At least 28 of the 41 companies (68%) do power/soft washing.
62% did not attend the previous (2011) Picnic.
42% were first time attendees.
This is what the numbers tell you;
The Picnic draws a diverse group of successful professionals from across the US.
Many returnees - many new faces every year.
They clearly see the value - it's not a pricey lunch - it's a weekend of priceless networking.
