We have our own penetrating sealer we use which will be out soon. This is an extra step we take to reduce future possible problems with moisture and efflorescence.
The topical acrylics we use are made by the Tara Group out of Ohio. We normally use a Water Based or low VOC Solvent Based. It's called industra gloss but I think they may have changed the name recently.
