Parking Garage Cleaning is requiring ...

Jim, Alabama's not the state you need to worry about.....California is leading the country in a backward path.

I just found out (from Fox News:D)that this scene (depicted in youtube below) is actually from a Nostradamus prediction and the GPS coordinates puts this exact occurence 120 feet from you back door in the year 2014.

I'm researching the exact future date and place of the "squeal like a pig scene too. I'll get back to you when I have them narrowed down:p I wonder how far that will be from your back door...

Jim do you like that song or love it? When was the last time a friend of yours told you that you had a pretty mouth? You did do a lot of dental work and have a good set of chompers.

Thanks Tony!

I have not laughed that hard all week!

That was too funny!!!!!!

Thanks.

Jeff you funny....

Oh speaking of the filter..... we had to clean and re charge it at a cost of $4,728.00.

Oil, particles and sludge was a factor. We had over 640 gallons of material. I think we need a bigger filter.

Jim, remember that filter that I told you about for $1000.00 that will take out the heavy metals and you just have to separate the oil from the water and then dispose of the water???

I heard from a friend today after the round table that it might be a possibility by the end of the year.

That would be great because that will save you a lot of money each garage done.

Like we talked, I would love to see this new filter. Keep me informed.

Also do you have the name of the wind mill guy. I know he dose not do them, but may have some thoughts he could advise me on.

Thanks Chris.

You better watch it Jim, with all the info you give. I might have to invest in some jim type equipment and come out there and give you some competition. Mind if I fly out for some labor for Learning, well actually I will bring one or two of my guys, I dont like getting wet & dirty

+++++1 on the chompers!!! That's funny!

Jim, you do have a purdy mouth!:p:p:p:p

Jim's got about a million dollars worth of teeth. (for those of you who didn't know)

Jim, you'd better stay out west. Remember what happened last time you went east........Jim, what letter comes after "D"?

I really like Alabama, been there for the last 2 round tables and had a great time. I will be there next year also.

Jim, you should bring your trailer to the Alabama Round table next year, it will be fun. hahahahahahahaha

You know, I had three others from this board ask if I would truck the unit out there. There is allot of interest in it. I do not know the costs, but some even offered to help pay for the ride out there.

What do you think?

next year Bama will be by sealed invitation only!

If you are nice you may get one.
I'm sending you a self addressed STAMPED envelope...:)

It may be like the Griswolds arriving at Wally World for Jim.

That was just too funny!!!!! hahahahahahahahaha

I can see it now, he arrives and the event happened a week earlier or just finished so now time to pack it in and he goes ballistic and says that he is there to clean so he picks the biggest thing in the area and starts cleaning up a storm. hahahahahahahaha

Jim, you need to fly out there and be nice to Russ, go work with him for free for a few weeks to make nice. Call me when you are done and I will call Russ and make sure that you did a good job or it will be a few more weeks there.

hahahahahahaha

Don't fall for it Jim. :p Don't go there.....Russ and Chris are already watching you float by from up on the ridge..... Yo' kind don't belong there.....:p They've already asked me to videotape the whole thing and put it on youtube.... EEEEEEEEEEE..........EEEEEEEEEEE.......EEEOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!:eek::eek:

Jim really does have a new brite white smile or in other words......a pretty mouth. hahahahahahaha

Thats funny Jim because two days ago the UAMCC was contacted to bid on 7 garages and over 150 bus shelters right here in the Bay Area and the below insurance requirements came right out of the bid packet. I am going to call this city and see why they are not requiring contractors to get the 10 million umbrella policy you speak about.

Attachment One - Insurance Requirements

Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, maintain and keep in full force and effect, the following policies of insurance with minimum coverage as indicated below and issued by insurers with AM Best rating of no less that
A-:VI or otherwise acceptable to the City.
A. Commercial general liability at least as broad as ISO CG 0001 (per occurrence) $1,000,000
(Must include operations and completed operations coverage) (aggregate)1 $2,000,000
B. Business auto coverage at least as broad as IC CA 00012 (per accident) $1,000,000
C. Workers Compensation 3 Statutory
Employer’s Liability $1,000,000

I would bet that there is no one in the UAMCC that is qualified for this contract. Shelter Cleaning in California requires a contractors license, or a license in a reciprocal state, such as Arizona.

I'm not sure about that. Maybe, maybe not. But hopefully the next contractor that joins willgrab this sweet stuff up, we have contractors joining all the time and RFP's coming in all the time like this and smaller & larger too

Lots of commercial stuff coming in and our agent is working on more everyday

I know you like that shelter work.
