Our "revised" Mission Statement

Ask around, there should be whispers of it somewhere, I know Rusty is pretty in tuned to what it going on in the industry and I am sure he has heard something of an acquisition. BTW sorry I havent gotten back to you Rusty, I have gotten your messages. If you guys have any more question you should be able to email me today at matt.bryan@facilitec-usa.com, it's supposed to be set up this morning.

Chris is on some big job walk at a bunch of Hilton Hotels with all the "suits" as he calls them. I guess they want to see if he is really the "Sales Machine" I keep talking about. I am sure he will need to close more than the $250,000 in accounts that he did for me over the past 6 years, I don't envy him :0 .

Don't worry about calling me back. I signed my own Keep My Frigging Mouth Shut Clause as well. So, if you see in the future something about Facilitec Hood Cleaning School you might understand. I was just trying to reach you and make sure that I was getting as good of a deal as you were.

I've got the Big Joe Cash Trucks backing up my driveway right now and I just have to sign on the dotted line.

What do you think Matt?

Wow, Facilitec must be taking over the entire world of K/E service! If they are really interested in the hood cleaning school with all of its lingering liabilitites, then I must wonder if they would be interested in the largest complete K/E servicing firm in our area, with our approx 650+ accounts and without the attending liabilities. Interesting.

Richard

All I can say now is that I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

I just finished my "peer counseling" this afternoon and I have to say I have been too harsh in my previous posts. It was unprofessional to air my grievances over the internet.

We are going to do great things for the KEC industry.
I just toured the new LA offices for Facilitec and it has everything. We're going to offer complete fire protection from ansul/ fire supression and sprinklers to duct cleaning and a filter exchange service.
They have invested in a state of the art water reclaimation system for the filter exchange that is so cool. Nobody has it. It is one if a kind.
There is even talk about expanding to pressure washing flat work and appliance cleaning as well.
I am going to run 8 hungry reps that are going to hit the streets cold calling and offer unbeatable prices and service plans. With my knowledge of the LA market , my contacts from the past and real good understanding of the competators we will do well - very well.
Plus with prices and a service plan that cannot be easily matched or beaten it will be very lucrative for me now AND down the road.
I'll be opening other offices as well in the western US and look foreward to meeting some of you. Sometimes change is a good thing.

I have been so frustrated for so long about the shitty LA market, poor quality work out there and the very limited resources a "mom and pop" shop like Bryan Exhaust had.

Sorry about all the ranting and raving earlier. I just did not see the big picture

pretty good matt and chris. You had everyone thinking.I would have hated to see two great personalities swept away by money...$$$...........

I was believing it at first, then Chris was the VP of sales and marketing, and sad looking Matt was all dressed up in f. wear and standing in front of a crooked brick wall. Nice job though, do you guys get any work done? Hit the bricks, hit the bricks.

Hey Chris,
I"ll still give you a job...:p

Scott

Ok that was a lot of fun.

I even got a few calls from people wanting to talk.....it is nice to know I have options if things ever go sour with Matt.

Scott, hypothetically of course, how is the dirtbiking in AZ and what does a 2000 sf 4br 2bath house in a decent area cost???? hypothetically of course

Umm, the 2300 foot house across the street from me sold a wek ago for 359,000. The one behind it is for sale for 339,000. One of my guysjust bought one that is out a ways for 224,000.
As for Dirt biking, there is a ton of open desert within 20 minutes of where I live.

(watch out Matt)

Scott

So Scott, are you looking for a salesman for fleets or are you thinking about getting dirty and doing KES?

That might have beed the best april fools joke yet in PW.

Way to go Matt.....

& Chris and Daryl. OH i'm sure Doc in on it somehow.

Boy oh boy......

have a great day in hood cleaning land.

That was the greatest.....

I was reading all of the post and started calling you both "SELL OUTS". Hell, I already had a check written out to Chris so that he could just go tell em to screw themselves. Guys, this was good

Too Funny :D :D :D :D

Lots of different things, but I am not a grease rat...But, I guess I could be.

Scott

Alright alright, its over now. If I had my wish, April Fools would be every day of the year. Believe me I've had much better ones than this pulled on me.

The best one I think was when I get a call from a store manager at about noon on my birthday "This is the Elephant Bar in Burbank, we just had a fire over our charbroiler and its a really bad scene down here brother. I need someone out here right now!" Chris just so happened to be in the office at that time and we drove down there together. I was sweating the whole way. I get there and the guy looks really appologetic and says "Look, I'm an asshole, you have some people waitng for you out on the patio" I look out there and my whole company is waiting for me to throw me a birthday party. One of my guys convinced the manager to call me to get me down there. It was perfect. I got him back pretty bad a few months later.

Thanks to everyone that had a hand in this, especially the guys at Facilitec, they were awesome. Chris you are a stud.

I hope we at least entertained you guys for a little while, I know a bunch of you werent fooled but at least it was fun. Don't look for a repeat next year, I got absolutely nothing done on April 1st that had anything to do with work. I guess thats not such a bad thing though eh?

yeah, thats right it was a joke. But Chris starts working for me in two weeks. He signed his work agreement yesterday.

I hope theres no hard feelings Matt. after all I didnt realize that he was still on your payroll until he informed me. Then he couldnt refuse the money I offered and now he's relocating.

Sorry

Oh fine. I do the legwork, let him in on what houses cost, and I don't even get to give him an offer.

I think that I will go and pout... ;)
