Our biggest PW job to date

We finished this job last week. It is the largest we have cleaned yet. Hope to get many more of these. It is a grind trying to grow a business in this economy. Finished the job ahead of schedule which was great. Customers complemented us everyday we were there which was great. We did not have one complant to the PM which I would have never thought could happen.

Oh yeah one more thing. Thanks to Rex from PWP for keeping me going during this job. Had a few issues.

Rex is great Spencer, and so is Lori. Nice Pressure Washing work, and of course I know where these are at.
Some were filthy. Hope to see you at Tampa Roundtable, I will be speaking
 
Sweeeet Job Spencer. Those larger jobs for Property Managers and HOA's are nice to get. Those buildings were definitely long over do for a good Pressure Washing. Hopefully you will get more of those in the future. How many units did you Pressure Clean? Did you Clean the Concrete Walks too or just the Buildings?

Lori, Rex and Diane are great people, very friendly and informative. Wish more companies out there had people like them.

Thanks Larry. It was just the buildings and both sides of the fence and walls that surround the community. They did not want the flat surface cleaned. It was 168 units (22 buildings), pool cabana, mail kiosk and the dumpster walls and pads.

Chris, I can't say enough about the customer service. I'm sure the customer service is the same to folks all over the country but us local guys are very fortunate to have them here.
