I am so ready!! Let the SLAP (to congress and the pres) begin and our last best chance to regain freedom begin. 5 states have already passed, signed into law that federal firearms legislation does not apply to guns made and sold in their state SLAP. Look at this map to see, and I don't know how widely known this is, that almost all the states have introduced already, some have passed both houses and Idaho has signed into law that they will not have this health care in their state SLAP.
Today, Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter welcomed legislative sponsors to his office at the Capitol today for the signing of House Bill 391 – the Idaho Health Freedom Act.
“Congress and the White House are working out their scheme for pushing through a healthcare ‘reform’ bill that has more pages than the U.S. Constitution has words. I guarantee you that not a single member of the House or Senate has a complete understanding of that legislation any more than they understood all the implications of the USA PATRIOT Act back in 2001,” Governor Otter said. “What the Idaho Health Freedom Act says is that the citizens of our state won’t be subject to another federal mandate or turn over another part of their life to government control.”
The bill makes public policy for the state that “every person within the state of Idaho is and shall be free to choose or decline to choose any mode of securing health care services without penalty or threat of penalty by the federal government of the United States of America.”:yeah:

Well if you haven’t heard the criminal government passed the TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL health care bill 219-212. For some reason I knew it was going to pass a long time ago, HMM.
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:
“All Laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are NULL and VOID.” Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137,174,176,(1803)
“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate(abolish) them.” Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p.491
“An unconstitutional act is NOT LAW; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though IT HAS NEVER BEEN PASSED”
Norton vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442
The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but it is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.
“No ONE is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.” 16 Am Jur 2d,Sec 177 late 2d,Sec 256

Now, let me get this straight......They, The Obaminites, passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a president that also is exempt from it and hasn't read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke.

Not to mention that the Speaker refused to allow a roll call vote to be taken, because they (the Dem's) did not ant their constituents to be able to easily to voted for, or against the bull, er, I mean, bill.

Good luck, they are going to make owning a small business more and more difficult. Its the walmart mentality. The big boys move in and close down the small guys. Its easier than chasing around a bunch of self employed troublemakers! God help us.

The federal govt has bribed the states (with their own money for cryin out loud) into submission and threatened to withhold money ever since they had money to do it with. Here's one - lets see some states withhold money from congress as in no money will leave this state - what a day that would be. This is not going to be one crazy state vs healthcare there will be multiple states, enough for a 'critical mass'.
