ever tried it on any oiled concrete ?

It cleans the oil off the concrete great and takes all the grit and grim off of the concrete. I have cleaned many concrete pads with it. Then on the stains I have concrete cleaner that has floride in it which gets into the stains when it dries and starts to bleach the stains out. Works great.
