The successful respondent to this RFP (“Contractor”) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and services required to perform Garage Cleaning, Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Parking Operations. The Scope of Work for this project includes daily, weekly and monthly cleaning, semi monthly power sweeping, pressure washing, and other services at all MD Anderson garage locations listed in the Scope of Work. Sounds like a Danny or David job. if it was in my area...
 
Anyone doing it would need to make sure their reclaim unit is permitted by the City Health Department at a cost of about $1000 and then make sure you know where the approved sites are to take the waste water too.

Pressure Washing services are once a year or as needed. The bulk of the RFP looks like it is for Janitorial Type CLeaning on a daily basis.
 
I thought that the city did not want anyone hauling away wash water.

I have the equipment, working on the filtering system but do not have the help right now.

If I lived there I would bid on it but the only thing I could do right now is just do the big cleaning.
