Unger has a conversion kit that you can add to your existing Unger pole:

That plus a DI tank will get you going cost effectively at first.
I'm not in the window cleaning business, as I have a best friend that reffers me a lot of business and I do the same for him. Anyways when I was in huntsville, al I was able to see the reach it pole that was very amazing to see, they cleaned a window outside of the airport in a little over a min.
One thing that I have learned from others is you want to have a very light pole as the higher it goes it's harder to control, think about those extendable poles if you have ever used them the higher it goes it's very hard to control.
If you want to do this your self it would not be hard you can buy an extendable pole from home depot that goes up to 27' you can run the hose through the middle of the pole then drill a hole in the screw part for the brush head, buy some brush heads from where ever I know reach it had some, then you can tap some lines into the screw part that you drilled out. Or you can run the hose on the outside of the pole get a trigger gun to control the water, attach to a di system with a water pump that will push the water up the pole running off of a 12 volt battery.
If someone else has a better idea please post it here, a I mentioned I don't do windows that's what I would think it would take, however it might take more.
