I have been asked to bid on flatwork for two commerical properties. All of it is sidewalks that have not been cleaned in 5 years. They have very little gum and there is a water source available. The first property has is 9000sq and the second is 3754 sq ft. How would you guys price this. It will only be a one time thing. All work will be done at night.

A good price to start at would be .08 a sq ft to .10 if it is a 1 time thing and it's as dirty as you say then i would start at .10 a sq ft.
