Need a good concrete cleaner !!

Okay all you flat surface cleaners !! Need a good product recommendation. Something that will get all those grease and oil stains out at my local convienance store/gas station.
I`ve used a product from my local distributor but it`s not heavyduty enough. I`ve mainly used it on stripmall concrete sidewalks. Mostly foot traffic and gum. It`s VERY high foaming and takes forever to rinse.
I prefer liquids, something that can be applied w/ a downstream injector. Never used powders, But will try. If and only if it will save time. Don`t really want to apply something let it dwell for awhile, then brush then rinse. But w/ the kind of stains I`m looking at, I may not have a choice.
I have a skid mounted unit:3000PSI @ 5 gallons/min.
and a 24" Steel Eagle flat surface cleaner.
Have seen several adds in C.T. magazine( not sure if I`m allowed to mention the name of magazine):
DR-60 Stone, Masonry & Concrete Cleaner from Dominion Restoration Prod.; ReKrete(claims to be waterless???).
Any and all ideas will be deeply appreciated. Thanks

My personal experience with DR 60 was so-so. I used it on a few drive thrus. It required 2 applications...and it has to be dry when you put it down! (2 trips!)

I will say that it really does brighten up the concrete, and may just be the ticket for you. I would try it, if it were me.

The downside is...$20/gal, 5 gal minimum and it sprays on full strength, with a dwell time of about 15 min. As I recall, it does not foam.

I use the 2.1mmm orifice. 2.2 won't draw for me. Use a #40 or even better #50 orifice nozzle to apply soap. Use a spray gun rated 12 gpm or better. I know a gun rated 10 or less restricts flow too much and won't let me pull soap. You're going to love 8gpm!

I started using some new stuff from a guy I went to college with. The pump sprayer makes it a foam and this is after just a couple of minutes. It is about $10/gal if you buy 5 gal and about $5 if you buy in the 55 gal. This is cut 3/1 but I think I could do 5/1 and still get fantastic results. When I hit it with heat it was a bright white. Let me know if you're interested in trying some.

Never tried it but many here have recommended EBC Eviro Bioclean.
