It Has A 8 Gallon Tank ...... The Water Lift Is Over 240 Inches.. It Uses 1 1/4 Hose and Can Vacuum Over 100feet And Pump Out Over 20 Gpm......the Tank Is Custom Made And 1/2 Thick Material ...... We Made A Turbo Feature Which Will Turn On An Additionl Motor On.. Its Not Field Tested Yet But It Might Even Vac 150 Ft Away.. There Is Goin To Be More Testing Done Before We Bolt It Up.. The Frame Is All Stainless And Powdercoated Wrinkle Finish Give It A Nice Look... There Is Alot Of Bracing On The Tank For The Expansion And Contraction.... This Is A One Of Product And Is Totally Custom From The Ground Up ..i Designed This Unit Cause Other Units Were 2 Big And Cumbersome.. Besides It Made To Be Exposed To The Elements Under My Truck .... I Will Be Posting Pics Of My New Water Recycling Unit As Well.....i Am Going To Be Using This For Fleetwashing And Needed A Vac That Can Handle The 15 Gpm Our Pressure Washers Use.... My Vac And Recycle Combo Will Handle A Process Rate Of 15-20 Gpm.......

That is a good idea. Got any other pictures of it?

Just wondering why you didn't go with a commercial unit like the Fury or Scirroco? With those you can pull around 200' of vacuum hose with around 240cfm and around 110 inches of lift. You can use that with a vacuum surface cleaner with 8gpm no problem, I have a friend that runs 2 of the 5.6gpm Hotsy units with vacuum surface cleaners at the same time with the Scirroco (11.2gpm) and it does it with no problem.

The Scirroco is like 5k, more or less. You can get the 30 gallon drums that separate the garbage from the water and you can pump it out to the filter system you have or are building.

I am sure you could get a brace and rig it under your truck.

I am looking into getting a flatbed truck this year hopefully, that is a good idea, put the vacuum system under the bed like they have toolboxes under the bed.

Hey Chris , I Looked Into Every System They Had To Offer..i Could Not Find Anything That Would Fit Under My Truck At All.. The Scirroco Unit Has 2 Big Of A Drum To Mount Under The Truck .. You Cannt Lay That Drum Sideways , Even The Smallest One 30 Gallon Is 2 High To Mount Under A Truck.. On My Rig I Use A Mitsubishi Truck With A Loading Dock High Box. I Mounted All My Powered Reels On The Back Underside Of The Truck ... My Box Is Only 15ft Long So I Had To Build It As Effiecient As Possible... The Real Powerful Units Also Run On Gas.... I Was Talking About This Vac System With My Engineer And He Said That We Sould Be Able To Hit 200 Ft Plus With This Unit ...as I Mentioned B4 I Can Run Each Motor Individual If I Am Not Recovering From That Far Of A Distance....besides I Am A Fan Of Stainless Steel And Plastic As They Last The Longest.. I Have Some Friends That Have Those Scirocos And The Drums Are Rusted To Death ...... This Unit Is Totally Designed To Be Outdoors And The Footprint Is Tiny ... I Have A Strainer That Will Vacuum All The Heavy Debis Into.. You Access Everything From The Front Of The Unit .. The Maintaince Is Simple.... Unscrew The Lid And Open The Dump Valve And Hose It Out.... We Installed 2 3 Speed Motors That Have A Water Bypass .... Everything Has A Backup . You Would Not Belive How Much Wiring This Thing Has .......the Tank On The Unit Is A 1/2 Thick Rotational Mold ... This Tank Was Buit As A Favor .. At First The Molder Wanted 20,000 For A Mold .. If It Wasnt For Knowing Somone I Would Have Never Had This Done....if All Goes Well With This Unit I Might Manufacture These Units....
