Allison, I don't have permission to do that until it is determined how far and how deep legal action is going to be taken.

I know you are honest and would rather have facts rather than my opinion, so when I do write the letter it will be accompanied by all the correspondence for you to draw your own conclusions.

You will, however, find that there are absolutely no permits discussed nor required. The man who spoke deals with Stormwater, not the POTW. His discussion regarding an NPDES permit was for discharge into the STORM system. Everyone knows that is not where parking garage runoff goes anyway.

You would think a "Garage Doctor" would very easily be able to know what is needed to clean a garage in the state right next to him. Scott knows what he needs to clean garages in Southern California, Maybe Scott should be the "Garage Surgeon", or Jim could step back and be the "Garage Nurse" until he learns how to coordinate the cleaning of one floor of a garage with authorities with a mere 3 months notice. lol.

Most of us on here already knew 3 weeks before the Vegas event even happened it was going to blow up in their faces. It wasn't going to be anything near like the flyer said to begin with. A simple case of all bark and no bite.

I absolutely understand and appreciate your stance. Yes, I would prefer facts. That said, however, if I report false information -- either because it's given to me incorrectly or because I interpret it wrong -- it is important to me to recognize that and admit the mistake.

I've lost the respect for many and frankly do not care any longer who stands with me or against me.

Be smarter and make your own choices and decisions Based on your own experiences not others.

We watch these People repeat these behaviors over and over and over. Hurting those who like ourselves just are trying to run a business, with no merit or factual claims make false accusations and Slanderous statements. Often making them enough till someones hurt, yet they think its a Game. Please stop supporting this type of behavior in our industry.

We can all be better than this!!!!

Ok I just read this thread and the thread over there.. Why am I being dragged into this mess? I dont even have an account over at the grime scene?

And Im not sure what the Steve from JR stuff is about? We were very close to carrying ACs product at one point but I pulled out at the last minute. And this was well before JR carried the stuff. AC can tell you himself (and I have the emails) that I declined to carry his products, and still have no intrest. No offense to AC its just not our thing or our business model.

You gotta relax a little Ron, not everything is a big conspiracy theory. And as for minions, I literally maybe know or have spoke maybe 3 people from that thread. Tweaking AC isnt on my radar.

It won't be tolerated here, any distributor that can't behave and stay out of others threads here are gone. We had one just recent posting in ad threads of long standing members here. While all are welcome this type of crap is not going to fly here.

In Jims defense, his Calirfornia insurance may not have carried over into Nevada. Of course, it would be easy to make it appear that I did not have the proper insurance, if I did not have the certificate of insurance filled out properly. If the Cert is not done right, as far as most corporate customers are concerned, you don't have insurance.

On the other hand, I think that it is interesting that no insurance would have been their fail safe. First they claimed that someone interfered with their event, then they claimed they could not get a non existent permit, and finally no insurance. Yet, on the other hand, they were still able to run a machine on the top deck of a parking garage. In my experience, if you don't have insurance, most companies and municipalities will not even allow you to pull your equipment on a job site. Your mileage may vary.

My post in my public bbs about the UAMCC being a scam is what it is. It has nothing to do with the thread you referenced. Im entitled to that opinion. Im not a fan of the certification programs, never have been. Heck thats what originally caused you and I to split 18 months ago.

My application to join the UAMCC as a paying member was rejected. Is that even legal for a non profit to do?

Chris for the 100 time I'm Ron and have no partners like you do. I never needed any for anything. Sorry you have to deal with that and feel your pain. Not my opinion at all when you have a partner he or she represents you. They are a legal agent and extension of you. Maybe you should have consulted someone about this as its clear you do not understand.

I don't want to misspeak, but it was my understanding that Jim did have insurance for the job, but at the last minute the hotel more than doubled the the amount of insurance they required. (This next part is off of memory while at the event, so please don't hold this as 100% fact.) Cyclone was able to run its equipment -- I think -- because they had their own insurance and because their equipment sucks up all of its water so there was no runoff. I have also learned that there were other circumstances that led to not being able to clean. I will be reviewing those as soon as time allows, but I'm also needing to get the next magazine online this week, so it may not be for a few days.
 
For the record, a Non-Profit is not required to accept the membership of anyone. That is part of the reason that large Non-Profits have membership committees. I will give you a couple of examples. VFW and American Legion, churches, even some private universities are legally non-profits. Just try and get your kid into an Ivy League school just by paying the tuition.
