Mississippi River Flood Restoration

I recently started washing building interiors for a recycling company that has many buildings in the region. The goal on these buildings was concern about dusty interior working conditions and OSHA. We've been washing all the internal frame structure, purlins and horizontals, walls and floors. Currently I am on standby to look at a plant that is located next to the Mississippi River that had about 5 or 6 feet of water in it. The water is expected to drop out later this week. I am supposed to go Tuesday and see the facility, no idea what type of interior it has but I'm sure it is just another metal warehouse. Anybody done any cleaning work like this or have any hints or tips? I've got a sludge pump coming to me thank goodness. I'm pretty sure the company also will have a power broom on the scene.
