I have not cleaned any metal roofs, I've always turned them down however one came up today at a golf country club its a green metal roof with some bad spots and looks like a coating of pollen. Whats a good sqft price to start at? It looks like it might clean with a good house wash mix with a couple of applications.. But then again I don't know. I don't want to cause any damage with the SH. Any info is apperciated.
