MB roundtable mentioned in "A Cleaner State" (Our quarterly newsletter)

Nice job Lana, it's great to spread the news to the public that we are always learning better ways to serve our customers, good work.
 
Lana you always do GREAT work, nice newsletter. I am working on a special addition newsletter about the RT to my customer list. I figure its a good tool to let them know we are a profession and a trade that is working together for the better of the industry and for our customers

I got a question do you guys print that at home or do you have an Office Depot type place print it.

Nice work and thanks for the mention. Watch out for next years MB RT, I know whats up now a little and I want to have a another one. anyone what do you want in a MB RT. I got a lot of ideas floating around, well I got a year to figure it out. Hell I want to have another one now, I had lots of fun

Steven, it's nice to know when someone actually reads everything rather thank skims! People are so busy these days, you know?

And yea Nick, that's definitely the direction we're heading with the newsletter. Glad you agree and can appreciate that :)

Jeff, if you add us to your newsletter mailing list we'll add you to ours :) Yours newsletters were inspiring at the RT. I've been taking it to a copy place downtown, with the university in the city, they have CHEAP prices, like 3 cent copies or something crazy like that. Would love to get it done in color but it's crazy expensive. Will definitely be at 09 MB RT, agree that it needs to be longer, I did NOT get any shopping time in! BOO! ;)
