Marble Bricks

I need to give an estimate for cleaning a house. The house is built with marble bricks. They look like regular brick surface but are white marble. Most of the marble does not need anything. The soffit, fascia, and all of the trim is very bad with mildew and cobwebs. Will using a house mix with low pressure hurt the marble? The do not want much of the marble touched. They have pressure washed the front steps themselves before and are not happy with them after using pressure on them.
