6/23/2006 - XXXXX called in response to a letter; he
wants an estimate for exhaust cleaning. They have been
using XXXXX for 30 years but XXXXXX is not too
happy about how they handle the grease from spreading
on the roof. He said he was not price shopping.
I said put new fans in (supreme/ upblast) and a new roof and then call us.
We'll keep the roof clean from that point on!
