Trevor's a contractor first. He started Clean Image Pressure Washing in Pawleys Island, SC as a teenager and has run it for more than 20 years. He's since launched Comet Lighting for permanent, landscape and holiday lighting.

He built his own AI estimating tool so his techs can walk a homeowner through picture-based package pricing and an instant quote right in the driveway, and he gave the AI talk at our National Cleaning Expo in Charlotte in September 2026. He hosts the Through the Noise and Clean Conversations podcasts (I was on Clean Conversations' first episode) and runs a free weekly Clean Conversations Zoom on Skool.
