Logo * Artwork * Flyer Assistance

I know this thread is kind of old, but Nicole, if you are still offering logo assistance, I could really use some help. I like blues and greens, but feel free to experiment.
Company name is Thompson's Powerwashing, LLC.
Location is Connecticut

Thankyou!!

Thanks Nicole. No rush at all. I am actually still waiting for the final paperwork to come back from the Secretary of the State for my LLC. Can't do very much more until I get that. I need that to get my Contractors license.

I like the logo on the truck. Very eye catching.

Oh I am hurt you put stick on logo's on that pretty truck..They look good but Magnetic is the way to go . Anyway who am I to talk I still drive my old 1993 F-150.. Looks Great...We are Looking into buying some new vehicles once the SBA loan goes thru.. Hoefully within a week. We are also going to get the old baby blue 1 ton van painted and logoed out for fire system and extinguisher installs..

Here is our old Form ( Proposal we have used for years) of course its got our simple Logo on it .. WE Could only fit B&R and Hood Cleaning on it , if we listed all the stuff we do we would need a 40 foot trailer and about 100,000 in art work..

The problem with the magnetic signs is that we are so dry and so close to the sun - they fade out and start to crack apart....no joke. I had them on my car when I sold Mary Kay and they didnt look very good after 2 months.

Don't worry John - the graphics arent on yet, those pictures are just a digital image of what the logo will look like and the placement. The vinyl they use out here is special and it has a 5 year warranty. Since the vehicle is white, I dont have a problem with putting the logos on.....now on a car a different color it would fade the paint out around the vinyl and look really weird.

Ill post pics when the truck is done, I was suppose to pick em up today, but the lady is running behind...plus the shop is up in the mountains and I dont feel like competing with skier traffic today.

I like it. My official name has a comma between Powerwashing and LLC. Aside from that it looks good.
You said it is a very rough start, what else do you plan do to finish it up?

Are the colors okay?
Do you like the residential feel of the houses, or would you rather have something else that has a commercial feel as well?

I want to add shading and shadows to the text and the houses. I might add some additional things as well.

I will be starting out pretty much residential, but I do intend to get into commercial work as well, so maybe something with a more universal theme might be better in the long term. I like the logo, and I do like the colors. I am very open in terms of color, so if you come up with another idea, try whatever you think works.
Thanks again!!

B&R has had the same logo for years and years . I went to Pearl when I first opened and said I need a magnetic sign and the lady at the sign place designed it for me... then it just stuck.. I paid the lady $70 for the magnetic signs and that was it.. I guess if I put the flatbed on the ford F-150 and all I will probably get the cab painted white and then have stickers made for both doors .. And then have some stencils made to list what all we do to put down each side of the flatbed.. Only thing is I do some work for a buddy of mine helping his cleaning company out and he ask me to remove my signs on my truck when I help him out.. His truck ( a white F-250 and a enclosed 10ft trailer) has no signs on it at all. He says putting signs on your vehicle your asking for trouble ,, He also says that if a rock or something falls off your trailer your just giving everyone your company name and phone number !
Maybe I need to work on my truck set up first then maybe new signs..

Hey guess who I saw in Jackson last night.... " THE POWERWASH PRO's" IT was on thier trailer.. White Ford F-250 and a white enclosed trailer and they were cleaning concrete at Taco Bell.. I was running early for my job at Good Times Deli so I pulled in.. These guys were professional they had matching yellow and blue shirts with the logo on them and all. Damn I was impressed. They had a water tank and from what I could see It looked to be 2 hot water units up front.. 1 guy was running the surface cleaner on the sidewalk and one guy was cleaning the dumpster area.. I noticed the tag an the truck was madison county Mississippi.. Damn it looks like I got some competitor lurking about.. Time to go to the screenprinters and have some new shirts made up..

THEY STOLE MY NAME :(

I really wonder how many companies are name PowerWash Pro's or Pressure Pro's........ See, I wanted to name the company - Mountain State Pressure Washing or Mile High Pressure Washing.....something along those lines....
