Wow, roof wash and house wash for that price??????

I thought things were bad in Florida with the hacks and lowballers, the lowballers just got lowballed by this clown. hahahahaha

Maybe they all will lowball each other out of existence and maybe there is a glimmer of a chance that people will finally start to see the light and start wanting some kind of quality and might think about paying a little more for it?
 
I've been thinking of moving out to California and just cleaning garages to get away from it all. :clapping: :crazy_pilot:
 
if some thing breaks for us this comming year i know im moving to tx if things fall in to place like i think it will it will be close were we are goingg to have several acounts i got a guy that lives close to me an he charges 100.00 to wash a house drive roof and screen how they do it i dont know i can not compete with that here i cant wait till next year

Honestly I dont know how Larry got that name (Lowballer) he gets good money for his service. But there are many in all areas that will do a roof for $150.00.

Average price for any reputable company would be at least $450.00 for a 3000 sq ft Roof cleaning. So it's easy to see the shock they get when you give them a real price to clean thier roof properly and lowballer comes in at less than half of what your asking.

Soon as they get that low price they no longer care about insurance or license, there getting a great deal or so they think.:no:
