Up until this year we have done mainly residential work, houses, pool decks, lots of slate/flagstone etc. I only market to homes over 600k so, lots of nice places and hard-scaping. This year however I have found myself with more apartment complex and condo communities than I can handle, I have four crews booked solid for the next three weeks with more jobs coming in every other day it seems. To top it all off my residential will be kicking off in two weeks after the pollen leaves and I cant find the help. My bright idea was to buy out another company who dealt only in apartments with long standing accounts. More rigs, more guys, problem solved right? The new workers are used to "Blow and go" and I built this company on quality so, the transition is not going well (I actually had to sit them down today and explain the mechanics of how an injector works when they weren't getting bleach through 400' of hose) and now I only have more work from the new company and still not enough men. So that's what I do here at Starbrite
