Wow! That pretty much sums it up. If you can't learn, comprehend, or make money from spending time with Joe then you should hang up your wands and go bag groceries or something. The amount of knowledge I was able to get from Joe in the few days spending time with him was unbelievable. Joe could sell a ketchup Popsicle to a women in white gloves who's allergic to tomatoes.
There is a strip of road about a mile and half long by my house with about 15-20 restaurants and about 10 hotels. I now have every name, number, and email address to every GM on the strip. This is half the battle. Not only do I have every GMs info, but also have about 10 DMs info. People were eager to give this info to us. I did a sample cleaning for a restaurant on this strip, with not the best results and a difficult GM. Joe made it his goal to go back to this restaurant and get me in. I did another sample cleaning and knocked it out of the park, with Joe's INCREDIBLE DEGREASER. Not only was the GM blown away, she brought a cleaning guy out from the restaurant to show him the incredible difference. (posted pic) Not only did Joe loosen her up, but we toured the entire kitchen (it was BIG) and showed her what we could do for her. She was more than receptive and wanted prices immediately. I know have an almost $2000 interior cleaning proposal out to her that will most likely be completed. We also did another demo for an interior for a DM that is in charge of 11 locations, that was very interested in my interior cleaning services. never thought I could put out 100 gallons inside a restaurant and not have anything to worry about. Pretty awesome.
Joe showed me his style of getting info, sales calls, cleaning, computer programs, and experiences. Joe has a style all his own and I can tell you from observing that it WORKS! If I could mimmick him, I would be making an absolute killing. Interior cleaning is a gold mine and hardly anybody does it. Within a year I can guarantee I'll be making more money doing this than any other service I offer. This kind of work is perpetual, not the "hey you cleaned my house a year ago, could you come do it again?" It's more like "hey, last month looked great, you are coming back this month right?"
He also showed me how to clean a gas station canopy for $200 and do it in less than an hour. SWEET! Nothin like making $200 in an hour.
I could go on and on writing about the 5 days we spent together, but I don't have that much time. All I can say is Joe is a great guy who knows way too much. I also had some serious personal issues going on in my life, and Joe was MORE than a friend to me about the situation I was dealing with. He could of ignored it, but he took it head on and help get through it with his advice and experiences. He also brought to my attention some things that could be affecting my business and what I need to do to work on those too.
All I can say is THANKS A MILLION to Joe for the wealth of knowledge shared with me. I even gonna have him back up here, there was to much to take in, in the little time we had together, I want more!
Hey Joe, Post some of your million pictures you took.
