I've got a meeting with the director of facility maintainance of over 1100 homes for a large air force base close by. I initialy contacted him about roof cleaning, said the budgets were in for next year already but could maybe squeeze in having all the base housing cleaned. I have meet with pms/gms and alot of big wigs, but this could keep me busy for a while and was looking for any extra edge i can get to land this one. If anyone has any advice, input, or strategies to land this, the help would be greatly appreciated.
