unfortunately that is the world we live in a lot of times lowest bid wins regardless. I would think the picture alone to the facility manager or corporate would exclude them from bidding again. That is exposing them to a lot of litigation should something happen to either the workers or patrons of the establishment. You would think the facility manager would understand but a lot of times it just isn't that way.
I guarantee they understand , they didn't know what they bought. These guys are ripping off the consumers, we stand back because guys say we all have to start someplace.
How about we all start at a fair starting point. The place where we all compete on a level of professionalism an safety.
The board of directors at this facility have seen this photo. It's hits google an someone watching has looked.
Now what will they do.
I say that when safety if an issue we need to rally together an be safer.
Andy don't send the photo to the customer. I don't think it will do your company any good. Although my good Freind suggested it I just think it will get you on a black ball list. Shame because your actually doing them a favor. But it won't be looked at that way.
I still stand we don't turn our brothers in, we should help them. Help them know there's a safe profitable way. Before someone gets killed an the black eye is in our industry.
Some will say don't train your competitors. Everyone needs the fundamentals , raise the standards in your area raises the prices.
