I have a large commercial roof to clean. How much pressure and/gpm will I lose going up 35'? With 8gpm @3000 at level, what would be the loss at 35'?
Ed other than the roof being dirty, what other reason do they have for wanting you to wash that roof?
Thanks guys. I originally thought to bring mobile equipment to the roof. Thats a lot of work and requires a lift. I figured 2 or 3 trucks at different corners would be easier. Maybe wire in some remote starts so guys can turn equipment on and off from the roof.
Post construction clean up. Theres are some spots on the walls, scrape some clumps of roof caulk, and clean the gutters. The GC warned me not to let any metal objects go down the drainage system. He said they will inspect them with a camera and if they find that metal went down the drain and caused any damage they'll come after you.Ed other than the roof being dirty, what other reason do they have for wanting you to wash that roof?

If that's the case, have them tape a pre-clean inspection, you don't want to be on the hook for what's been going on before you got there.
