Are you using "softwashing" (as in sodium hypochlorite) methods or just pressure washing the roofs?what are you using chemical wise? i have never killed a plant or any grass unless i got muratic acid on it etching driveways.

40% SH and 60%water with dawn for foaming. No rinsing.
Do u use that mix on tile roofs also? Ijust shoot my chlorine through the injector and it comes out like 20/80.imguessing if I put it on as str9ong as u id kill everything. The houses down here are heavily landscaped. We r in the tropics and some neighborhoods are like jungles neatly manicured.so it would be almost impossible to cover everything.I bet apple roof cleaning understands this well.
Percentages of Sodium Hypochlorite can be misleading, since they depend on how FRESH your SH is. We never go over 40 percent SH, even on Tile Roofs. W/O a dedicated roof cleaning pump, one is never really sure what percentage of SH they are applying, but you can bet it will be much too weak to clean w/o using pressure. We do Million Dollar homes with tons of landscaping and no gutters, all the time. I will honestly say that 85 percent of the time on tile roofs with no gutters, there is no effect on the plants.Do u use that mix on tile roofs also?
