I took some advise from John Orr, and am marketing myself as a premium house wash co. Yes that means more elbow grease and brushing .For me to target just one particular area is gonna cost me over 2 grand for the season. i have just one truck, i refuse to advertise 99.00 washes. i would be a idiot to think with 1 truck and 2 grand for advertising i would get a million houses to wash at 99.00. yes theres a guy that advertises 99.00 but he has over 10 trucks and spends over 10 grand for advertising and he does well. i expect maybe a 2% response from my ad, if i close on just 30 washes this season at 99.00 that would give me a whopping 3000. whopeee. So Ron Mussgraves is right you have high volume guys and you have idiots. and yes of couse, like John said you cant get a good wash for that price.
