Hood Cleaning Chemical

Everyone is looking for that chemical that will make hood cleaning easier and save them time. I have a chemical that I use that is not marketed to anyone anywhere. My name is Dan and I have joined IKECA this year and been hood cleaning for around 4 years. I was intro. to a new product that was made from scratch that is in a gel form. This form allows it to stick to the hoods to maximize the effectivness of the chemical. This chemical has 35% by volume caustic and is bio-degradeable. It is easily applied with a back pack sprayer or home depot chemical sprayer. When this chemical is applied to the hood it starts to pull out the oil from the grease instead of trying to pull off the grease with heat. Doesn't matter how long you leave this chemical on the hoods because it will not damage the metal. I have used it with hot water and cold water, it works either way. I use it on fan, ducts, filters, and hoods. This chemical is very strong in non-deluted form. It does one heck of a job. All you have to do is use it one time and you will see how well this chemical does and how much time you can save. Hey russ. All my family lives up north. I moved down and love it. I like to go to Deepsouthspeedway and race but didnt get to do to much of it this year.:)
 
I didn't know that Booker and Morrison were Vietnamese names.

Used to use a gel type formula very similar to what your speaking about and have found that it just never did the job nearly as well as foaming so far. I am always up for testing out new concoctions though.......what does it run cost wise for you and how much do you dilute from concentrate?
