High Rise Patio Cleaning?

I have been recently cleaning some townhomes for a property manager who says she may have some more work for me. She is also in charge of a couple twelve story condos. She says if I can figure out how to clean some individual patios that she will have a lot more work for me. I don't have problems getting lifts for six stories but twelve is a little much. The only idea I have is going through each condo with some equiment and rope and pulling some hoses up. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting around this? Also any suggestions on containing the patio so the others below don't get all mucked up?

We have a machine that is used for cleaning stone and tile indoors. It pressure washes and vacuums at the same time. Not much volume though (1500 psi at 2.5 gpm). You will need to break the dirt loose with a floor buffer and brush with detergent. You can take the machine up the elevator. It's electric so you just plug it in. There is a pump out to discharge the dirty water to a toilet. The water in hooks up to the sink.

I'm sure there is a local janitorial/ carpet cleaning supplier that will rent you one. Ours is made by US Products and is the King Cobra model.

Are you cleaning the walls and rails or just the flooring? What is it made out of? It's do-able but will be a lot of work. Is the budget big enough for you to charge enough to make it worth it?

Thanks for the input.

I am not sure on what the budget is for this project.
I would love for them say clean them all.

I would end up cleaning everything on the patio; floors, rails, walls, and ceilings. I am to picky to leave a job looking half done by just doing part of it.

The king cobra looks like it might be the tool for the job as long as I have access through the condos.

I will find out more this coming week when I talk to the pm again.
