Well it’s about time for an introduction on this site. My name is Dave Specyal and I’m from the Northwest Indiana area. I registered on this site back in August of 2012, however decided to hold off on the official introduction until now. I want to thank all of you whom have contributed on this site, helping us new members with not only learning the business, equipment and chemical reviews, along with the vast opinions on many different subjects. I feel like I already know some of you! <o

Spring of 2013 will be the startup of, “NWI PRESSURE WASHING”, and a new beginning/ adventure for my family and me. I am going to concentrate on residential work, see how business grows and where to branch out in the future, hopefully adding roof cleaning. Equipment is purchased, will be putting the trailer together and already getting the business name out there. Any advice will always be appreciated.<o></o>
For the last 8 years I have been a Realtor, successful, but watched the housing market crash, along with my income and I don’t see it rebounding any time soon. So, what have I learned from this housing slump? The people making money in the market today are the service providers, home inspectors, appraisers and lenders. Until you walk away from the closing table, with check in hand, the Realtor doesn’t get paid, everyone else does. Yes, I do plan on getting work from contacts in the Real Estate field.<o></o>
I have done some pressure washing in the past and do enjoy the results when the job is completed. As I learn more about this profession, I hope to be able to contribute back to this site, as so many of you have. Thanks to all, for such an informative forum for this industry. <o></o>
