Great site, Mark. Did you do your ouw web design? I'm out here on the east coast and I'm in the process of building a site right now. How is your response from the site?
 
Yes i designed and built my site, The only thing is, i didnt build it for people to find on the net really. Just for my customers and potential customers to view it and get information. When i send out advertising or hand out flyers the website is also on there. The response has been really good. The only thing is I had to reset my counter so i lost a 1000 visits or so, but they will be back in no time.

Nice java script...
I just put a similar one on a site I'm building for another company. The water effects are very nice. There are tons of free applets online. Did you write the script or find it online?

Nice job on the bevel and the drop shadow on the photos. You might want to do the whole page that way on the Gallery page to keep it consistant. Other than that, very nice indeed.

Nice site Mark, like the water effects. Somebody else on this board did that with there's and I thought it came out nice, can't remember who it was now though.

Congratulations on the new bambino! Hey by the time that boy is grown up in 20 years or so, you should have a nice multi-million a year Poole family power washing business to let him take over so you can be like Big Boy and go fishing all the time! :)

Yep, Im still alive and kicking. We have another addition to the family and it keeps me off the boards quite a bit. Business is doing well and doing lots of moss control for comp roofs. Still do a bit of pressure washing mostly decks, tried to get out of doing them last year by not advertising them. But we did more last year than the year before.
