Has anyone used Service Live for leads??

I just received a call from a company called Service Live. They stated that their parent companies are Sears/KMart. The guy stated that basically the customer comes to them to have work done. The customer can either post what they are willing to pay, or request a quote. If I end up doing the work, the customer pays the company, the company in turn pays me the full amount less their 10 percent commission. I'm getting ready to search about them online, but would like to hear anyones firsthand experiences with them if there are any.

Thanks!!!

Heard of them. As I know we have been signed up for awhile and no leads yet.

They do require way to much info in my opinion. I thought they might need a blood sample just to get approved. They require all employees a criminal background check. It could maybe end up being a good thing I suppose.

I've been a Sears service agent for years as a repairman..I signed up with service live a couple of years ago. They did a pretty intensive backgound check...got certified and in the past 2-3 years ..a couple of jobs un related to pressure washing..

Well at least some of you have had experiences with them. Today was the first I had ever heard of them. To me it appears to be a no risk way to possibly get some additional work. I'll keep doing some searching, and if nothing bad comes up I think I will give it a try. I guess good background checks could be a good thing, at least they are trying to use reputable companies. Keep the info rolling in on this if you have any experiences.

Thanks alot!! Good info so far!!

Any leads yet?

Just wondering about them, I still have not heard of them in my area yet.

I hope they operate better than that service magic group, many people here and on other bbs's had bad experiences with them, there are threads on that company if you wanted to read about them.

Good Luck with the service live and let us know how it works out.

They called telling me the samething never signed on service magic not to impressed with to many bogus leads at least for me.
