Have a hampton inn thats wants to get cleaned, and of course they are on a budget. Its dryvit, i think, the concrete looking finish. Do you have to shoot it with a pump then rinse, or can you use a strong mix and soap and let it dwell for awhile then rinse. Its not that dirty, was cleaned last year, he said they had 4 guys and a bunch of ladders took them two days. building is 3 stories and about 275 feet long.

Get a roller pump 22gpm@250psi and a 550 gal tank and a 375 gal tank.... make mix in 375 shoot from the ground rinse with the 550, pick up money, leave, goto bar, get lit and celebrate that you just cleared 1800 with 2 guys in 5 hours. Repeat 4 time a week or as needed, or until your bank account has enough ZERO's

DS'ed a 7 story Hampton about a month ago. They are dryvit at least around here they are and it cleans up fairly easily. Call and I'll give you the price

I like the way you think. :clapping:

Roller pump 345.00 then I took it apart brought it to a coatings guy that developed a wear resistent epoxy. Hooked it up to a 110.00 6.5 hp chonda with some pulleys, run 3/4" hose and away ya go. I love dighaphram pumps but they are 1600 plus engine, And when they break "gear boxes" they just burn $$. Roller pumps are readily availible and real easy to replace or fix.
Can shoot 50+ feet when configured correctly.

How does one start a CHonda without a ripcord.

One uses an drill with a 23MM socket, and hopes that he removes it fast enough so that the drill doesn't break ones wrist.

I have a 2 year no question asked replacement plan on that engine, but have been real lazy about changing it out.

just finished the Hampton inn today. The manager and GM were over impressed with our results and the amount of time we took or lack there of. Last year they had 6 guys and 2 days to do the job, today I had me and my dad and we knocked it out in 5 hours.
Manager was already referring us to other businesses and wished he had us years ago. I was just happy that they were happy and didnt have to spend two days out there.
Oh, and we just downstreamed with one pw and rinsed with the other. Worked out great.

Great congrats

My Hampton Inn, I can clean it in about 6.5 hours alone with sidewalks. Did you hit them up for monthly frontal cleaning??

We have a Hotel lined up for next week. I'm figuring about 4-5hrs total with 4 people. This includes the pavered front entrance, building, dumpster area and Pool deck area. One of the biggest deciding factors that they liked was that we don't need a lift bucket and that we won't be there for 3-4days like the other bids that they got.

Whats the name brand....is it a corporate owned as in the brand name of the hotel or is it a group that owns a bunch or private owned.

Joe, Please don't take this personal but I never post my prices and I never post the actual jobs until I do them. Especially on bigger jobs. There is just waaaay too much competition here in FL and waaaay too many lurkers who read these boards. I will make a thread and post pictures after the job is done.

Agreed indeed. I have worked just about every hotel chain around, I wanted to help you up sell other services, I have a pretty good grip on each hotel and or operating companies wants, needs, and budgets, we up sell 35% and become preferred vendors with all the detailed knowledge. Knowing what they know is ia great weapon, you can make them think that you are just reading their mind.

But you are correct lots of competition here in FL, and lots of lurkers. I somtimes forget. I will certainly keep it to myself.
