Gutters and soffits

Hi All,


First job I am going to do is pretty dirty. I feel confidnt abut dealing with the siding, but gutters and sofffits are also pretty dirty. Can I use same chemical mixture and also is there any special techniques or equipment I should get? Also Railings around porch are going to need a lot of cleaning also. Anything special to do with that?

some gutters just arent going to come clean (like new) unless you use a gutter brightener

You need to let customers know that up front

soffits?- not sure unless your not hitting it good- Pics would be helpful
