gutter scrubbing in cold weather?

Mark the purple power is made up of some silicate base products an then a dash of butly is put in there for good measure an adds the kick it needs to clean.

So does that mean you can't add it to the Magic Hal Gutter Cleaner to work? Lol
 
I figure washing a house and leaving the gutters dirty is like washing a car and not cleaning the tires and wheels. I include it with the wash price. I tier my pricing with a house wax being my top tier, customers love it and usually go for my price verse competition and it's inexpensive to do. I add about %10 to the price for the wax sealant unless it's a pain to walk around.
 
We don't have the year-round humidity they have down south so people aren't getting washed very often. Everybody has gutters and they're almost always white, they also get dirtier faster than the house does. Most people are amazed at how nice the gutters turn out at the end, originally thinking they would have had to paint or replace them. On a small or medium sized house the complete wash would usually be around what new gutters would have cost alone. Most of my business is referrals and the gutters are at least 50% of what drives that even though I will never do just the gutters.

People like bright shiny things.
 
I clean the gutters no matter what. Will let the customer know that the gutters might get cleaned with just soft washing, but sometimes it requires hand scrubbing and that could add to the price. No one has ever balked at that. Time, labor and materials cost money and pretty much everyone understands that.
