Great news! The first one is always the best. Now see if you can get them on a service contract.

For sure! First, I will perform a fantastic job for them and then propose a semi-annual. This area is very dry and the siding doesn't get real bad/mildew, mold... like you guys down in the soupy hot part of the world.

Good luck getting a contract

Do you do flatwork too? All the restaurants everywhere need it. Besides the semi-annual, you might be able to get their concrete cleaning monthly or bi-weekly. The KFC's I do are corporate stores, and they have me clean every two weeks.

I have an 18" surface cleaner but a cold-water machine. Rats! :shout:
Any tricks without destroying the pavement or discoloring?

This KFC is locally owned. The owner lives in town. Small town here where I live. 5000 people on a good day.

Nice work, hey sometimes they may own more than one KFC.

Congrads on the job. Looks really good. If you want to do flatwork for resturants you will need hot water. Call Russ Johnson with Southside Equipment and see if he has a hot box you can buy. You can find his info by doing a search under his name. He is a great guy and the go to guy IMO when it comes to equipment

Job went great! About 1.5 hrs. longer than expected but that's my attention to detail! I'm having trouble uploading pictures but it went great!
