To Access the Sessions:
3-4 Minutes Prior to your Session Start Time:
Click: http://djcarroll.webex.com
Click: Attend meeting
Click: Your session (Open “Daily” Tab and find your session name)
Follow Screen Prompts!
Enter: Your name and assigned Chuck Bauer Password (free)
Follow: instructions on your conf call number, access code and participant # (I am NOT calling you – we are using the WebEx conference call feature!)
You will then have joined the conference!
Your replay & download link will be made available within 2-4 hours of your session.
Sessions are DELETED from the WebEx Platform at the end of EVERY month so PLEASE follow the download procedures to load your personal sessions to your desktop!
THESE SESSIONS WILL NOT BE RECORDED AS THEY ARE FREE SESSIONS

If You Experience Feedback During Your Session:
1. Try not to use a speaker phone
2. Mute yourself when not speaking - mute button in the upper rt hand screen
3. Do not place the Microphone/Phone near to computer speaker or electronic peripherals.
4. If possible, leave the conference and rejoin.
5. Use a headset
