Flat Bed Trailer or Gate and side rails?

Yeah, its nice to have, found it at Home Depot for $29 bucks on clearance...couldnt pass it up. It is bolted to the trailer and then the straps on the water tank hold it as well. We have the brushes and everything on it....it works great.
