You would get better SEO results if it was "drive thru cleaning".

Also: "We clean under drive thru window which get really dirty from spilling drinks and food" would sound better if it were "windows".

Make "Home Page" just "Home"

Here are some changes I would make:

We Clean up to 3 story building with a 60 foot lift. We can get your old building looking new in less time than it takes to paint and at half the price. Most people think the paint is faded but what they don't know is it is just dirt and dust stuck to the building 90% of the time.

I would change this to: We safely clean buildings up to 3 stories tall with our 60 foot man lift. We can get your old building looking new in less time than it takes to paint and at a fraction of the price. (half still sounds very expensive and actually it would be more like 1/4 the price of painting when you add in the paint, labor, scaffolds, tarps, equipment, etc....).
Most people think the paint is faded but it is just being covered up with dust and dirt which can be removed safely and make the paint look new and shiny again.
 
Here are some suggestions:

Upon request we take photos and video of every job and send them to the customer so that you can see the cleaning first hand without being there late at night.


I would change it to:

Upon request we can take pictures or video and email them to you or send you links to websites for you to view the finished work if you are out of town, on vacation or want up-to-the-minute progress of your project.

I have never thought of my logo as a blue sperm. hahahahahahaha
 
I would suggest you to work on your header, make the menu horizontal, not vertical, center the webpage, use different font, use metatags for better SEO, fix the embed video with bigger box and remove the repeat mode. Try to keep your home page as short as possible, to avoid scrolling. Remove the Godaddy logo on the bottom, change your hosting for faster upload and better webmaster control panel, Re-name the title of the page and website from "home page" to "the name of your company or the service you provide". Google looks first for your domain name, page title and meta tags.

You need more photos on the home page.

Get Google verified. Not just submitted.

I'd drop the column cleaning completely maybe a link to graffiti or gum removal. Something more likely to be searched for.

Rename the title of each page to the appropriate title. Also use relevant meta tags and words on every page. Resize the photos that are much to big dpi. Rename all the photo file names with relevant names.

It may be the "old dude syndrome", which I am but I personally hate sites that load music or audio without requesting it. I usually back out.

There are a lot of free SEO tools out there Google it.
