First house wash of the year

Great job rance, it's finally starting up around here as well.
Looks like it will be between 50 and 70 degrees and I've already got $1500 dollars worth of work on the books

This is why I love Savannah, GA. We have had only about 5 days in which it was too cold to pressure wash. We go year round, one our freezing days it went down to about 15 degrees I still received two calls. Love our weather.

Your marketing must be unreal. We had quite a few sales in Dec and Jan, but usually we get the stink eye and the "why would I wash my house now, I do that in spring".
 
just landed a $700 job.... makes that $2200 for this week
 
And this is why I like living here in Florida. Despite a few days with cooler temps we have been booked solid so far with 2-3 jobs per day through this whole winter. Even now we started having to book people for the 3rd week in March.

Actually we do one marketing campaign a year don't even think I'm doing it this year. I do feel like my price is right others will disagree, but that is part of marketing.

Must be nice. Things will break open here soon. Going to get setup to do some inside work for next winter.
 
I hate to report.......... i got out of the shower tonight......... and.......... well...... i looked in the mirror....... and....... well........... the Farmers tan on the arms are back.... Great weather this week.......a cold and clear 60 today...... but shorts weather will be here in a few weeks! ( of corse.. 60 degrees today at 2 o'clock and my phone goes crazy with the NWS freeze warning alerts for tonight ) ..... no fear 60 again friday!
